Built for newer generation, electronically controlled transmissions, it is suitable for use in transmissions built by General Motors, Daimler Chrysler, Ford (except where Type F is required), and most foreign manufacturers, where a DEXRON® III H, DEXRON® III G, DEXRON® II E, MERCON®, or Type A Suffix A performance level transmission fluid is specified. DuraMAX Multi-Purpose ATF meets the performance requirements of Allison Transmission Division C-4, and major hydraulic manufacturers’ requirements for anti-wear hydraulic fluids.

DuraMAX® SAE 80W‐90 Gear Oil is formulated to provide superior gear protection over a wide range of operating and ambient temperatures. It is formulated with premium extreme pressure additives, rust preventatives, and antifoam additives to protect hypoid gears, manual transmissions, gear boxes, passenger car and light truck conventional and limited slip differentials, transmissions and steering gears.
DuraMAX® Conventional SAE 80W‐90 Gear Oil is recommended for cars, trucks, off‐highway vehicles, tractors, and other equipment where a SAE 80W-90 gear oil that meets API Service GL‐5 and MT‐1, SAE J2360, and/or Mack GO‐J, GO‐H and GO‐G is specified.
DuraMAX® Synthetic Limited Slip Gear Lubricants are fully synthetic, multipurpose gear oils for use in modern passenger vehicles gear lubricant applications. These Synthetic Gear Lubricants have low pour and channel points. These properties permit the products to flow readily to lubricated surfaces, including sub‐zero temperatures.
DuraMAX® Synthetic Gear Lubricants are recommended for use in automotive differentials where API GL‐5, limited slip applications are suggested.
